Refund Policy

This policy applies to website development, software development, e-commerce setup, maintenance, and digital support services purchased from Odrodorry Tech Services.

Project payments

Project payments are tied to planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support work. Each quote or invoice may include deposit, milestone, and final payment terms.

Refund eligibility

  • Payments made before work begins may be refundable after any payment processing fees or documented administrative costs.
  • Payments for completed planning, design, development, delivered files, approved milestones, setup work, or active maintenance are not refundable.
  • If Odrodorry Tech Services cannot deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be offered based on completed work.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent to odrodorrytech@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Digital delivery

Completed digital services, deployed websites, source files, custom designs, configured systems, and delivered software are considered consumed once delivered, published, transferred, or approved.

Disputes

Clients should contact Odrodorry Tech Services first for billing, refund, delivery, or service issues. Clear records of scope, invoices, payment confirmations, delivery, and communication may be used to resolve disputes.
