These terms apply to website development, software development, e-commerce setup, maintenance, support, and related digital services provided by Odrodorry Tech Services.

Quotes and scope

Project pricing, deliverables, timeline, revisions, hosting, maintenance, integrations, and support are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Invoices must be paid using the approved payment method shown on the invoice or payment link. Work may start after the agreed initial payment is confirmed. Final files, deployment, or transfer may be completed after final payment is received.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, brand assets, access credentials, and approvals on time.
• Confirm that supplied text, images, files, trademarks, and data are owned or legally licensed.
• Review work promptly and request changes within the agreed revision period.

Delivery

Delivery timelines begin after scope confirmation, required content, access, and payment are received. Delays caused by late content, late feedback, third-party platforms, hosting providers, or payment processors may affect the timeline.

Revisions and changes

Included revisions are listed in the project quote. Extra pages, new features, major design changes, urgent deadlines, or work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved website or software deliverables, excluding third-party assets, open-source components, licensed tools, and reusable internal methods.

Restricted projects

Odrodorry Tech Services may reject projects connected to illegal activity, fraud, restricted products, intellectual property infringement, harmful content, or activities that violate payment processor policies or Ghana law.

Limitation of liability

Odrodorry Tech Services is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform downtime, third-party service failures, search engine ranking changes, hosting issues, or payment processor decisions.
